This is an amazing piece of work! With what materials that have been used, the quality is crystal and marvelous. The Detail on the TARDIS console does reflect it's true science fictional nature. Both the detail of the various buttons and knobs as well as the detail of the patterns or color, e.g. the Doctor's coat, the pale rim below the glass column and the TARDIS walls.
The Glow within the Column and the console makes the mystery of the Doctor's expression even more epic. The Grimace and sadness combined into one single shot of the Doctor's life as seen in the Show.
I'm sure the Doctor would say about this; "Molto Bene!" ^_^
I love this. You've managed to capture the ancient-ness that is the Doctor. We have a tendency to forget he is /old/. Older than he says, definitely older than the 1000 plus years Eleven tells the Ponds or the 900 so years Nine and Ten tell their companions. And this... this captures his age, and the tiredness that comes from bearing the burden of too many very difficult decisions. It's brilliant. Kudos.
